Management Development
BIBBY FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD (BFS)
We have provided Bibby Financial Services Limited with an Appraisal and Performance
Development programme on a national basis for over four years. Over an eighteen-month
period we have provided an eight-module development programme for staff, teams
and managers in three locations Leicester, Banbury and Manchester. Additional
programmes have been provided in response to individual office requirements e.g.
Team Building, Recruitment and Selection.
MAKRO
We are a preferred supplier of Makro and have designed and delivered a range of
development programmes nationwide for senior and middle managers. Typical programmes
include Managing Diversity, Problem Solving, Stress Management, Meeting Skills
and Managing Difficult People.
RWE npower plc
We have supported the organisation to cascade a Culture Change Programme, involving
exercises such as Team Development and Effective Working Relationships courses,
to all levels within the organisation.
Human Resource Systems
PACKAGING AUTOMATION LTD
We supported Packaging Automation through the Investors in People process, which
included producing a set of operating procedures and a personnel manual for the
organisation.
UK NIREX
We have researched and developed operating and personnel procedures for Nirex
and have produced a Company Handbook and Induction Programme for the organisation.
DEESIDE COLLEGE
We provided a Human Resources consultancy to develop personnel policy and trade
union agreements within Deeside College. We have also delivered Investors in People
project management training to the college. These projects required excellent
communication skills, political expertise and negotiating ability.
Investors in People
HARLECH FOOD SERVICE
We have worked with Harlech Food Services for six years and have provided continuous
support for IIP. Programmes at staff level include Customer Service and Communications,
whilst at board level, The Business Planning Process and Corporate Objective Setting.
WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL
We have worked with Wrexham County Borough Council to to enable them to achieve
Investors in People Implementation of Action Plans in Human Resources areas
e.g. Performance Review and Development, Evaluation of Training and Development
across six directorates.
Recruitment, Selection and Outplacement Services
OFFICE WORLD plc
We carried out a number of recruitment and selection assignments for Office World
Plc whilst providing support and guidance during their take-over of the Business
Superstore in West London. Following further recruitment and selection assignments
we provided assistance with a restructure and the closure of three telesales operations
in Swindon, Leicester and West London. The project involved providing a senior
and store management briefing pack and a package for counselling interviews, to
include personal redundancy terms. Counselling sessions were carried out at the
three locations. The outcome of the projects was good with minimal redundancies.

UK NIREX Ltd
Sellafield Repository Project recruitment and selection of office support
and site management staff for the Inquiry Director, Cumbria.
Assessment and Development Centres
CGU, LIVERPOOL
An integration project, which involved the development and management of Assessment
Centres to facilitate the merger of Commercial Union and General Accident.
NORTH WALES HEALTH AUTHORITY
A work analysis project to enable the Clwyd and Gwynedd Health Authorities and
Family Health Services to merge and restructure into the new North Wales Health
Authority. We also assisted with the determinations of future goals and strategies.
Development of Learning Materials
TRIANGLE SOUTH LTD
We wrote learning programmes for a number of small businesses in North Wales to
support the implementation of operating procedures and induction processes.
